SlickWins provides browser-based classroom tools (Seating Chart, Class Timer, Schedule Maker, Teaching Annotator), community access, and digital playbooks across our audience sites. Products are sold as one-time lifetime licenses, subscriptions, or one-time purchases depending on the product.
Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the purchased product. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share access outside your own use. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the products and any updates.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product doesn't work for you within the first 30 days after purchase, email us and we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@slickwins.com with the email you used to purchase. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. A refund revokes your license/access.
All tool data — seating charts, student names, schedules, and annotations — is stored entirely in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to our servers. SlickWins does not collect, process, or store student data. This makes SlickWins compatible with your FERPA obligations regarding student education records.

The products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlickWins and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here, and the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
